What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There’s no sign-up fee, no monthly bill, and no buying leads. We only earn a commission when you win a job and get paid for it.
How much is the commission?
It scales with the job: 35% on jobs under $200, 25% on jobs from $200 to $600, and 15% on jobs over $600. Either way, we never take more than $300 from a single job.
Is this like Angi or HomeAdvisor?
No. Those charge you per lead whether you close it or not, and sell the same lead to a crowd. We only charge you when you actually win the work, so you never pay for a dead end.
Do I have to take every job?
Not at all. Quote the ones you want and skip the rest. There’s no obligation and no penalty for passing.
